Shipping Times
All bonnets are custom-made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to process for shipping; all other products ship within 1 week.
Your order processing time is separate from the shipping time you see at checkout.
Shipping Rates
All U.S. orders ship for $5.
U.S. orders over $75 ship for free.
All international orders are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination address. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs department.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria. When you purchase Route Package Protection with your order, begin a claim by going to the Route Resolve Center (via the Route app or web link from your order confirmation email)
